How to prepare Sea Moss

  • Rinse a small portion of Sea Moss and soak in water with the juice of a lime or lemon for 4 to 24 hours.
  • Remove from the water and rinse. Blend your expanded and now slippery sea moss for a few minutes until smooth and gel like, adding a little spring water to dilute as necessary
  • Pour into a glass jar, cover and refrigerate for use up to 2 weeks
